   Visited this location yesterday to purchase a Garmin watch and the person that helped us (Sally) was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and a genuine and friendly interaction. Will definitely be back for my future purchases.

   This morning I bought a M7 size crocs unisex inmotion clog from this shop. Later I found it was a bit big for me. But I had cut the price tag string. I thought I could get an exchange. But this is not an issue to Rebel Sport at all. I remember vividly Auckland Dresssmart Outlet Bonds rejected my exchange because I had cut the tag string even though it was their my fault respecting size marking. Unfortunately This Rebel shop didn’t have the size for me. Blaze was serving me. He was so polite, patient and helpful. He was so special like his name. He got it refunded to me and helped me to buy online from Rebel a size that I preferred. Before I went, I changed my mind. I just wanted a refund. Blaze patiently helped me to cancel the order. Rebel Sport is best. There is no hassle in its refund policy. Customer service is superb.

   Was just looking around for football boots and definitely felt racially profiled. Was followed around instantly by a slim tall guy - didn’t even offer to help us out with anything. Was definitely put off and did not want to purchase anything and as soon as we left he went back to his original spot. At least the lady behind the counter said hi as we walked in. If you’re gonna follow us around at least ask us if we need help

   I payed a visit to Rebel Sport Newmarket today to purchase my first Running shoe pair and the service I received from the lovely staff was beyond excellent. First, I could not decide whether to buy an Adidas or a Nike, "Tati" offered me an outstanding service to chose the best fit for my feet and explained what benefits comes along with it too. I was astonished by the patience and great service offered by her even during the time I purchased a pair for my little one few months ago. Then, it was a mission and a half to confirm the payment using my gift cards and few other offer coupons I had in my Rebel sports account. "Gloria", manager at the Newmarket store, efficiently solved the puzzle and I, finally could put up a purchase order for the favourite Running shoe pair! Thumbs up for the great Rebel Sports Newmarket team! I would not think twice to recommend this store to anyone!

   Completely clueless staff in need of urgent training! In the 15 mins we were in store this past week, we asked 3 questions from 2 different staff members. One was in reference to an item they clearly sold (according to their website) only to be told that Rebel didn't stock that sort of thing. The second item was a specific brand of active-wear which again initiated a response of "I've never heard of that brand before" literally seconds before we walked past a clothing rack that had exactly the brand we were looking for. Lastly, we needed another item of a particular size, but without checking we were told they "probably didn't have it"! What do you pay your staff for? They clearly don't know about the merchandise that you sell - how are they adding value when they can't assist customers? Horrific experience.

   I had a great experience the other day here, by far the most friendliest staff out of all the other Rebel stores! The shop was very clean and had a great range of all the products, and I could find the leggings I was looking for. The sales assistants were very helpful and friendly - great customer service! A young man named Orlando warmly welcomed and helped my husband and I with finding shoes for our toddler. Will definitely be returning.

   This Rebel Sports store was a total different level to other rebel stores I have visited in the past. Such a good range of new clothes, the shop fitout is cool with a running track down the middle of the store and the changing rooms were great. Happy customer, will definitely be returning.
