   I have just seen there is a pattern of reviews for this pharmacy regarding rude behaviour of staff, which myself and my 2 year old daughter experienced yesterday. Trying to do the right thing, I offered some feedback to the store and got a call from the person who was rude to us (who shared that she was the Manager of the store) and she just made the situation worse. She was completely unempathetic and very passive aggressive. Took little responsibility and deflected constantly. But rang back again later and apologised for upsetting me, it was very unsettling. Your stock is not more important than children sharing germs and getting sick. Absolutely disgusting that you would put the welfare of children before the welfare of your stock - its just stuff. Get your priorities straight - we are still in a pandemic. We were going to purchase the shark toy she was playing with (and get one for her friend), but not after the horrible treatment we had from this lady. Why would we support a store that demonstrated those values? I sincerely hope you can see that this behaviour is not acceptable and it is addressed appropriately. Yes store policies are important, however what is more important is common sense not all situations are going to fit into your "box". Senior members of staff should be able to identify when its appropriate to be hard and fast on a rule and when its not. Our doctors upstairs are amazing, but I hope we don't ever have to go back to this pharmacy.

   Absolutely absurd. I got my passport photo done here and was charged $25. I was only emailed 1. Normally hard copies your given 4. I asked if I could have another one incase the 1st one is rejected. This older lady was so rude and said. "Why do you need another one?". That's none of her business. She was had very rude customer service. Her tone of voice was also very rude and I was not treated with a single little bit of respect. Very Disappointed
