Everyone is very knowledgeable and caring. It’s better than that cheap Australian warehouse chain. The owner Alan is very helpful and really looked after my daughter’s ears when she got it done.
I don’t usually go out much to buy things for myself, but I do go to this store to buy my day-to-day perfume, and I’ve done that for a few years now. The staff are legends and usually on point. I went in today and walked to the perfume counter it’s usually stocked in. And it wasn’t there. All good. It’s not there. A staff member came over and asked if I needed help. I said I usually buy this fragrance ‘bois de yuzu Karl lagerfield’ She said they do not stock that fragrance- no computer to check. Just super confident with that. I mentioned I buy it here everytime -is she sure it’s not around? To which she replies ‘I’ve worked here 5-6 years and we have never stocked that’ I did respond saying that I’ve bought it here for years. She basically said I was wrong and it’s never been in store. It started off seemingly helpful to some sort of weird employee of the month competition. This fragrance was stocked here for a very very long time. Just check the computer records. And don’t be so boisterous and unhelpful. It’s ok you don’t stock it anymore. Just don’t be so rude? The rest of the staff have always been so friendly. It was not a good time today
Absolutely AMAZING customer service from Maria (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly) today when I came to purchase the Candied Fantasy perfume by Britney Spears; provided amazing product knowledge and truely went above and beyond!
I had gone with my wife to take a passport photo for each of us at nearly closing time the staff Rosita was very kind and accomodated our request not only took our photos but also printed it out.Thank you Rosita for being such a kind soul.
Some months prior to the date of my cruise arrival in Auckland, i contacted the Retail Manager to arrange the purchase of some lanolin product. At the time the purchase was agreed, I was given a verbal assurance that the product would be available for pick up on arrival since, the Retail Manager stated she would be away on leave. It turned out that when I arrived on the agreed date, there was no product available for immediate pick up. When I queried this with the Pharmacy Manager - Alan Ma he offered an apology acknowledging a failure on the Pharmacy's part. However, he responded by arranging an urgent delivery of product which took around 2hours to arrive. While this was a source of annoyance, I "killed" some time around the shopping mall before taking final delivery of the product. As a gesture of good will, I commend Al Ma for the discount he offered on the additional product that was purchased. I felt that that this issue had been resolved to our mutual satisfaction.
Awesome store. I always get my makeup delivered through this store and have never been disappointed. Fast and reliable!
Went for the free strep throat swab with my husband and 2 kids, after filling out half the paperwork we were told the free promotion had ended the day before and would cost $30 each, the fact the website says nothing about it being a promotion and when we called they said nothing about it then either is very frustrating, honestly felt like they just didn't want to do it because we didn't fit the demographic..

I was looking for the Fluad Quad injection for over 65s and many pharmacies and practices did not have but they did. Moreover, many pharmacies do not answer their phone but they did even when they were busy. I know now whom to call and where to go to.
The first time I went there I wasn't charged for the prescription, today they charged me $5; which seems like a good way for them to lose customers to the Chemist Warehouse over the road - I would have thought a discounted profit is better than no profit at all. That aside, the service is quite good.
