   I ordered a treadmill deck and paid for it. He called me to say without the belt I'm wasting my money, he is happy to refund if it's more than what I thought. Absolutely not upselling, just telling me the truth. After consideration (and research), I understood that he was right and requested a refund, which he did promptly. These days what business would turn down a job, miss out on revenue to be a decent human being and feel for me? I cannot rate his work as I ended up not using it, but I can rate his character: 5/5.

   Robert at Auckland Fitness was so helpful when we were trying to sort our treadmill that nothing was an issue. He was happy to be contacted outside of hours and dealt with any issues easily and without any fuss what so ever. I would recommend his service to anyone as he was recommended to me. He definitely made the job easier and even the logistics of not even being in the same town was not a hassle to him even when my measurements turned out to be wrong he just sorted it at no extra charge.
