    Cashier had trouble locating our click and collect which was ordered 3 days prior. They need to ensure effective communication between staff who work on different shifts. I stood at the cashier for nearly 10min whilst the guy was calling the person who worked on the shift a few days earlier. Low and behold, the order was packed nicely at the feet of the cashier the whole time....

    I had a bad experience in here the other weekend, I came in and looked around, could not find what I wanted and then came back not long after finding the liquor I needed.... The guy serving approached me saying that I didn't respond to him the first time that I came in and I told him apologetically that I did not hear him. He then continued on saying that it was okay because I embarrassed myself as his fellow customers as they gave me dirty looks.... This was an unnecessary response as he was not aware at all that I am actually deaf and that my hearing device did not pick up all communication around me. Liquorland, you need better service!!!!
