   Great place with a fantastic staff! As a regular customer, I’m always welcomed warmly, and most of the team knows me by name. I usually receive a 5% discount since the shop owner manages the building where I live. The atmosphere is friendly, and sometimes we even get caught up in long, enjoyable conversations.

   One of the easiest to recommend bottle shops in the CBD. They even do free Christmas/birthday gift wrapping! The shop is always stocked up, even on busy long weekends. They not only have your local poisons, but they also have a lot of imported and craft stuff as well. They're also happy to order in any stock you may require if you pay upfront for it. And if you're a regular and become friends with the store owner, you may even be eligible for a cheeky discount! You can purchase RTDs, liqueurs, top shelf, mid-shelf, bottom shelf, energy drinks, mixers, and snacks from here as well as a limited supply of vapes, juices, and most tobacco products. They also get in some very limited edition gift sets which have glasses, hip flasks, cocktail sets, and the like. Limited parking is available right outside the shop too! The cheerful staff always have been friendly and have great banter and give you good recommendations in a pinch. They also will throw in a freebie if you go here as often as I do (not a flex, but good to be in the know)

   I only come to this place to get alcohol, nice staff and nice range of drinks. Today the staff changed, I got 1 box of cider and 1 box of steinlager beer and was charged $96. I didnt think it was weird at first cause the weather was so hot and just wanted to escape from the shop. Then later I realised something was wrong and went back. The new guy was checking ages on what he did wrong and told me the beer is showing as $60 when it should be $30 (so he scanned it twice). Then he was just standing there not asking me if I want refund or anything, so I just said I'll grab another box. Did not even say he was sorry about his mistake and his attitude was very off as if he did not do anything wrong. He didnt check ID either, which all the previous staff did (my age is 20).

   Excellent customer service. Just asked for a better beer than kingfisher, was delighted to try out an unknown dutch brand but it was tasty. The manager is of a good taste seeing his suggestion and don't fret I have been drinking since the last 25 years
