The guy at the counter is racist. There's a better liquor store just up the road. My boyfriend went in to get me a bottle of wine and when he turned to ask me if that bottle was okay, the guy at the counter tried to stop him like he was going to take off with the alcohol. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
Most stuffs are okay but got myself a bottle of cider taste a weird, later found out best before date was due a year ago. I admit that I wasn't picking careful enough, but it shouldn't be there at all.
Pretty okay considering its a city liquor store, limited range of beer as it has very limited space for chiller but it stays open till 11 so you can buy alcohol when needed the most.
Excellent Service and on time delivery. The staff at 430 Queen Street are very friendly and have patiently answered the queries.
Although my items did not arrive (courier company's fault) the customer service I experienced from this business was beyond expectations and I received a refund very quickly. Therefore I would recommend this company to others for their fast and excellent customer service
