   Former beauty therapist here… These people are not clean. I went in for eyebrow touch up. They said come back in 10. No problem, I didn’t have an appointment. I came back and they took another walk in before me. No problem, I had gone away and come back, FIFS is fair. When she was done with that client she invited me into the treatment room (I note not washing hands after last client). She straightened up the disposable sheet after the previous client. I asked her to change it (they should always be changed between clients and the bed sanitised). When she was getting a fresh sheet, I took a closer look around and saw that the plastic bed protector was filthy, and used tools from previous client lying around on the bench. Beds, bed protectors and equipment should always be sanatised between clients. I hadn’t seen her clean any equipment in between previous client and myself. This is dangerously unhygienic. I left before they touched me.
