   I have tried most of the Auckland cbd salons and have never found a salon I liked. this is the best one by far. The girls put so much care into their work and really take time to understand what you want. I’m so so happy with my set. Never felt prettier in my life.

   Not sure of staff names, but there is a lovely lady here with long black hair who has been doing my nails since I started studying on Symonds street early last year. I live out South Auckland, but if I’m in the area I’m always happy to pop in & get my nails done here. Have been unfortunate to have experienced different service from an elderly woman who works here also, but that’s my bad.. I’ve always forgotten to ask for the lady’s name who does my nails regularly to request booking be done with her. Awesome work! Not just on nails, but also lashing.

   Got a builder gel service here. Not only the nail tech cut my fingers (wounded) with the file, the builder gel also started lifting after ONE week I got it. If you want your nails to be long lasting, go somewhere else. I didn’t enjoy my experience here. And the nail tech was rushing the work. I won’t come back.

   I am so impressed by the outcome of my fresh set of acrylics and volume lashes i showed a photo of what I wanted my nails to be and the wonderful ladies went over and beyond to achieve the look i was going for i was booked in at 9:30am didn't leave till 12 they take pride in what they do! My lashes were done efficiently fast i ended up going for a nap didn't feel a thing! great team of ladies will Definitely be back! thank you again for bringing my vision to reality!

   I had a pedicure here as my usual nail technician was not available. The staff was quite blunt, not very skilled and rushed; soaking, filing, massage, cuticles, shaping, and polishing - all finished less than 15 mins. The polish was so thin that you could see brush marks and not neatly painted. She didn't smoothe the nail surfaces. (Note: my hand nails were done by my usual shop) I prefer paying a bit more and get a proper and professional service. I won't go back to this shop. ------------------------------------------ The shop owner has contacted me and agreed to the poor service i had received. She kindly offered a re-polishing service and a refund, which I declined. However, I can see that they do care about feedback, so I'm correcting my rating with another star.

   Beautiful nails! I came here for gel nails twice when I was in Auckland and both times my nails looked gorgeous! The first time I had plain polish and the second time I had nail art. I showed Selina a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it beautifully, so neat and delicate! All the staff are lovely too and nice to have a conversation while getting your nails done. I booked ahead on their website but they take walk ins too. I also had a gel pedicure too the first time I came and 5 weeks later they still look great! If I were coming back to Auckland I'd definitely make this my regular :)
