Beautiful clean! The ladies were super professional and did everything i asked splendidly. The house has never been so clean, I would recommend this company for a great affordable clean!
Did not do a good enough clean up to the standard of what I would consider suitable for end of lease cleaning even though that's what was paid for. Too many mistakes for me not to say something. Even had photos. Smear and drip Mark's on cupboard shelves where they had sprayed but didn't finish wiping it. Mould left on window frames and showers. Light switches clearly missed. Streak Mark's on windows. Paid extra for the oven to be cleaned. Was not cleaned at all. Hired this service in forms of vouchers from grabOne to make things easier for moving house. Instead added to the stress of everything. Cleaners arrived 2 days before handing in of keys meaning all of there mistakes had to be rectified quickly. Unfortunately they couldn't do that in time so we had to fix their mistakes ourselves ontop of moving house within those last 2 days. When I emailed them to see what could be done about it along with photos, I was met with defensive and condescending replies. Didn't really feel like they were cooperating with a paying customer stating they had felt they did a good job. Not at all proffessional. Did get our money back for cleaning our own oven. But seems to me that's all they felt was neccessary to give back as after I complained to grabOne, I was told to stop being greedy and all they wanted to do was move on after giving my money back for the oven as they blocked my latest email to them. To summarize - didn't do job to satisfactory standard - uncooperative and unprofessional towards sorting issues - had clean up there mistakes aswell as move houses - no apology
