I found my dealings with this company were professional, fantastic outcome of cleaning my blinds, after 15 years of not being cleaned, the outcome was Amazing. I definitely recommend and give them 5 stars for communication, their work and how professional they are.
We had our couches cleaned by a representative from this company and initially we were not at all happy with the result hence one star off. I called to let the company know and their customer service was very good. Straight away they apologised, booked another technician to come round the very next morning to rectify the problem and he has done an amazing job with the couches and completely cleaned up where he was working. We are now very happy with our couches and the how he has left our property. Thank you.

These guys are good! I dealt with the Wellington office. I had a leak in an attic that collapsed the ceiling of the bedroom below. iDry were there within 2 hours of my call. The promptly installed drying equipment, and visited daily to check progress with their moisture meters. Their reporting was top-notch, and their costs clearly communicated in advance. An excellent result.
It was easy to book at first and pay but then when technician came to my house he was rude and in a rush. I asked him to send photos once he was done, he did not. Even when I asked when he first arrived at my house and dismissed me when I called him again. He was there less than 20min to remove purple shampoo stains out of the carpet and failed. Said that it is because I used baking soda previously… even though I specifically wrote in the description what I used to try take them out and provided photos. They could have that point said they wouldn’t be able too and I would have used my money for carpet replacement instead. I had paid $208 for a job that left the stains exactly the same as before and for less than 20min effort. I was highly disappointed and requested a full refund or compensation as I rang back that same day. It was difficult to talk to the staff and it was a few emails back and forth to finally get 50% refund. Which is better than nothing but in saying that I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need your stains taken out. They don’t care and it’s basically daylight robbery. Now I have to fork out even more money for someone else to fix the issue.
I had the black mould on my thermal backed curtains treated and am very pleased with the result. Communication was good, accommodated me with timing and arrived as advised. I tried another company first but they wouldn’t come into the Auckland CBD as said was too difficult with traffic and parking. CleaningPro had no issues and I would highly recommend.
An extremely recommended professional cleaning company. I searched on Google, and trying to contact them for carpet clean for my new home. They organized the time very quickly and gave me an affordable quote. Their cleaning technicians are very professional and keen to detail. After their cleaning, the carpet looks like brand new, and even the gaps, I thought they vacuumed carefully. Highly recommended! And I will use their service next time for sure.
