Ordered Flat white. Came not toooo hot but taste good. Waited more than 5 min to get my apple scone and came without a fork but with a knife:((( and again tasted good.
Went here for a treat and had the most delicious and sweet hotchocolate, a lovely waitress at the counter m** was fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming and had helpful suggestions when selecting and even made me smile. Fantastic service made the whole experience better. My order was very fast barely had to wait
Great cafe in the airport Delicious creamy scrambled eggs on sourdough with crispy hash brown, fresh avo, and a smooth flat white. Quick service, tasty food, and a bright vibe. Perfect pre-flight stop!
Had a great experience here! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the coffee was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend a perfect spot to relax before my flight!!
I don't know if it was the weird perfume taste to the english breakfast tea or the hollandaise sauce but my breakfast had a sickly taste. The bread was also rock hard. Maybe it was a trifecta of bad luck.
I can honestly say this is the worst customer service. At International gate, departure GATE47. Asked for coffee to be warm so I could drink it and rush off. Coffee was so hot you couldnβt hold the cup. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told we are closing so no. Server offers to tip some out and add cold milk.!!!! Then proceeds to empty the grinder and throw new grind to the bin? Honestly the lack of flexibility is a reminder of how dispensable customer service is in these environments. AVOID because apparently boiling milk is easier than making it warm. Wasting fresh ground coffee is easier than making a customer a new one.
My mum and I were sooo impressed with a level of service. Our waiter was better than in most restaurants we go to. We both had eggs Benedict with Salmon which were delicious. We also had their specialty teas that come in a lovely glass teapot and are accompanied by the information card. The only small downside is that it's a cashless business which can be frustrating for someone elderly or someone who still chooses to pay in cash.
We had a fulfilling brunch to our starving tummy after our morning flight experienced almost 2hrs delay from Auckland. Food was yummy and great.
The service is slow and all staff seemed unhappy in the early morning. Their attitudes were not as good as expected. In terms of coffee, my long black was over-made, which tasted like it's burnt. The size itself is also very small. Won't recommend this cafe for a quick bite or drink.
