   My husband and I parked up and an employee from the store immediately saw me and said it wasn’t a public carpark and insulated I had to leave My assumption is this is because I am a woman and clearly wouldn’t be shopping for electrical goods, in fact, my husband was there to shop for a number of items for our renovation. I’ve never known such an unwelcoming business (which is apparent but some of the other reviews here) truly dire customer service! Absolutely shocked at the sexist behaviour of the staff

   I made the mistake of shopping here despite a number of negative reviews from some tradies I work with. Absolutely disgraceful service overall, staff are unbelievably rude and appear to have limited understanding of even basic concepts. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

   Sent them an email for a very simple product quote for a specific light. No response. Called in and they fobbed me off telling me to wait for a reply from Kyle. I emailed Kyle, again a week later, and have received no reply at all. Absolutely garbage customer service, like all businesses in Wellington at the moment it appears. What the heck is going on? Do people just not do their jobs anymore? Does Kyle read his emails?
