Brilliant place where you know you will be looked after and get amazing service. Have brought my husband a few shirts here over the years and really amazing quality and the tailoring service is wonderful. We went in again this week with just a few hours to sort out an outfit for a funeral before flying to the uk. The team were kind and did everything they could to find something appropriate and did on the spot tailoring. He has ended up with something that he feels comfortable in and will give him years and years of use. Thank you!
This store is the BOMB. My fiancé and I loved working with Clare and the team as we designed and made our wedding day outfits. When I say we - I mean the Mandatory Team. I have been a customer and fan of mandatory for a number of years. Every one of the brilliant made to measure or 'tweaked,' off-the-shelf shirts are trend setting, timeless and unique. I recieve so many compliments for the shirts and jackets I own from Mandatory. Then there's the fabulous team who always greet with a smile, with the familiarity and humour of your big sister but gentle wisdom of your mum, they'll make sure they see you right and send you on your way looking dapper. I've had one product from here that developed a fault (a bought in accessory) which the team immediately agreed to fix up. A real gem in the Crown of men's fashion and of Wellington.
A unique Wellington experience! So great to be able to see the effort and skill that goes into these stylish and sometimes funky menswear items. With a partner who's taller than average, with proportions that make ready-to-wear an awkward fit, Mandatory has become a birthday and Christmas go-to for me. Fabrics and designs are unusual but classic and wear really well.
