   The absolute best in Wellington region! The freshest, flakiest fish with excellent chips and very generous portions! Superb value the daily deals for money and you can pop across the street at Parrotdog to get some beer to take home with it. I had some leftover OTU Sav Blanc on me which is great with fish. Also our dog John loves it!

   The light & crispy batter was lovely, chips crispy but for me missed the softer creamy inner. The fish of the day was a blue warehou which was more dense; not as light & flaky as I prefer. Very nice people.

   I just had to update this review to let you all know that the prawns, raw fish and the potato fritters are worth driving for miles for. You will not find any better!! Let me tell you.... if you haven't already been here, go, go right now. The cheeseburger is amazing, get the combo and have some delicious chips as well. Well worth the wait and the queue. The staff are super cool and chill as, nothing was an issue. You know it is a good feed when the bin at the lookout is full of Fresko packaging. Would offer mores stars but apparently 5 is top notch.

   When there is a queue it must be good. So we tried it. 2 Fish plus Chips for $15. Good deal. The first fish was nice and fresh, but the second one was tasting old and really fishy. The chips are so la la but not bad. Not the best experience.

   This place never fails to impress and satisfy me! Well worth the 20-30 min drive it takes to get there from Porirua. This has the best Fish n Chips I have ever had, which has the best cheeseburger I have ever had. Love how fresh the fish and seafood is. So succulent! I have introduced this place to so many friends and family. This has now become a family fave. Service here is super quick and super friendly! It is located across from the beach, quirky bars, restaurants, and cafes. Parking may be a wee bit hard during peak but we managed to find parking at Bunnings across from there. This place is a must for Oka/Raw fish lovers and a must eat for everyone!
