   Sad to post this review. Bought a bottle of alcohol last week. Went back after 5 minutes of purchasing cause I unfortunately bought the ring thing. I asked if they could please refund me and was rather asked , “why did you buy it if I was the wrong one”? I made a mistake and would have loved for you to help with a refund. I was told they can’t cause no cash, ok , then can’t you transfer it back to my card?? Nope was the answer. I have been supporting them for almost a year and unfortunately I won’t be going back.

   Mixed service: half the time, staff are almost passive aggressive. At other times, different staff actually offer to help (that's a nice recent change). I'm not sure that they know much about spirits but the effort is appreciated. An interesting range of stock, which has improved. Parking is often difficult.
