Awesome park and playground. Also has a caravan park. BBQs and plenty of space for families. Toilets are usual public style, which is to say minimal. But hey, they work and were clean enough.
One of my kidβs favourite parks and playgrounds like to go to play.
We enjoyed the 2 hours walk in the reserve. Excellent open area with well maintained walkway shared with cycling. Trees, bushes, steams, grass, playground,toilet, BBQ facilities, tables and chairs......
Great for bikes and scooters. Basically a large West Auckland park that runs alongside Henderson and a creek. Ends up at the cycleway into town CBD alongside the Norwestern Motorway (in between Lincoln and Te AtatΕ« South on-ramps). Fun walk/ ride. Interesting trees in the international garden area!
We love this place for walking our dog. We are there most mornings. It's a gorgeous, well looked after little place, with a great kids park. It reminds me of the wee parks for communities in the UK. It feels safe. Be great to have more picnic tables, or places to sit. Highly recommend.
Great playground for the kids, they had a lot of fun. 3 slides for varying confidence levels in the main playground. A smaller play area for you get kids, 2 flying foxes (zip lines) and plenty of other equipment.
Fabulous playground in a large open park. Something to entertain and challenge children of all ages with plenty of vantage points for carers to supervise. Well maintained toilets close by. Great destination playground.
Kids loved this park, especially the zipline!! Really good park with nice big play area with lots to climb on or even play in the sand.
Lovely park with 2 flying foxes, large playground and lots of green grass area to host a birthday party. Plenty of car parking as well. Just behind the Westwave swimming pools too.
