Best suppliment store in the city. The sales rep was really helpful. They do have a wide variety of supplement products for really affordable prices, even they have line discounts for aome of the products. They make an easy shopping experience..
I went to the local manners st and the person who helped me didn't know if he had the products or not (I'm not looking for them either) I asked him if it was possible to pay with ZIP and he didn't know. You could see the lack of interest he has in serving the customer and the lack of interest in selling. They have lost a customer.
Waited about an hour until 9:50 basically on a Friday morning today. The shop says it's open since 9:00 on Google, definitely still closed though. I'm assuming there's a valid reason for this, just haven't seen any notices about it, slightly let down.
Really disappointed in the customer service here. I went in looking for my favourite whey isolate and the salesperson told me it had been discontinued and that they would no longer be stocking it because it "was too expensive and no one was buying it". He then tried to sell me another brand (excessively explaining how much better it was without actually giving any reasons why), and when I asked if they had samples to purchase he said "they didnt need them because the product was so good". Hmm red flag. I left feeling really skeptical but thought I'd try find my favourite brand elsewhere. A week later xplosiv website advertises it has now been restocked. Did the salesperson lie to me to try and sell me another product on the day? Or was he just poorly informed? Either way, not really trusting any advice from him again.
Time is wrong on Google Maps. Showed up at 9:15 on Monday and it’s definitely closed. EDIT: Thanks for the response. Also, totally fine with the guy being late because he has given me GREAT ADVICE, multiple times. A+ even if he misses the bus on occasion.
I been to many places over the years. The bro on manners is solid, always helpful, half the time he cuts the price even when it's already on special. Best place in Wellington City.
