   Great to stay at the airport as we had a 6am flight. The only issue was when I used the shower, the water drained right under the glass door into the bathroom and into the hallway and right outside the main entrance to our hotel room… the puddle it left behind was a lake! Our luggage got soaked. I’m assuming that this happens to all the guests when they shower in room 313. I did mention it to the staff member and they were well aware of the situation, but obviously there is not much they can do about it as it’s a design issue. Hope our bags dry out quickly.

   Excellent location and tidy rooms however, Rydges Airport Wellington needs to train the front desk staffs to provide better proffesional guidance on parking building usage and pricedures etc. I was locked in the parking building for 20min couldn't get out due to either wrong parking slip provided or broken link between the hotel and parking building admin. (I parked the vehicle on the correct floor according to parking admin office)

   Great to have a hotel at Wellington airport. If your flight is eary. But very overpriced. $300 for one night. The restaurant was getting ready to shut early when we got to the restaurant. We ended up get a cheeseburger that was just awful for $17 no fries no nothing just the burger. Room service was just the bar menu. Oh that’s right the kitchen was getting ready to shut. Should have just gone to Burger King. Can’t get food in the airport as that place shuts early too.

   I've stayed at Rydges Wellington Airport many times over the years and have always thought it was fine. Since May of this year I've noticed a change. The quality of the food has improved, and the customer service has been elevated to another level. Whatever it is you're doing team, keep it up.

   I have just stayed here over the weekend for a conference. Had a 3rd floor room, so quiet I forgot I was at the airport! The staff were amazing, nothing was a problem. When I asked for the room temperature to be lowered it was. When I rang for more toilet paper it turned up in 5 minutes. The à la carte breakfast is good value for money. Would love to go back one day even though I live locally!

   I will avoid entering Auckland international after finding that Wellington international is way better option. Knowing that theres a Rydges Hotel right inside the terminal makes traveling to Wellington even more attractive. My room here is very well received the counter staff were also friendly. I just hope i don’t miss my morning flight and sleep in cause my bed is super comfy, I give the Rydges an A+

   Fantastic. Had early morning flight. So location is just the best. Good friendly staff at reception to greet you. Great view out window of the runway to watch planes .

   Room was a great size as a solo traveller, and the bed was so comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which are provided in large containers within the shower. Absolutely love that it's location is inside the airport itself. The staff at reception are top notch and I love that they are from various ethnic backgrounds. I highly recommend staying here if you have a 6am flight with Qantas to Sydney and recommend you check-in at 4am, not 3am as suggested on their itinerary.

   Fairly good hotel, prices were okay and location is amazing, right in the airport. Rooms are very well sound proofed so you don’t notice the planes. The breakfast buffet was very nice and staff were very helpful. Rooms could use a bit of a facelift and it’s a minor complaint but the cleaning staff didn’t restock the room when we asked in the mornings, so we were running on one roll of toilet paper for 3-days among other missing items, didn’t seem worth calling down for restocks but it is worth noting. It’s also a fun novelty being able to walk directly into the airport from the hotel.

   I had a pleasant one-night stay at this conveniently located airport hotel. The staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I had no issues with noise from the airport or planes. However, I was disappointed by the significant amount of dust in the room, which triggered some allergies. Nevertheless, the comfortable bed and overall convenience make it a suitable choice for a brief stay.
