Constant stocking of wine varietals in the wrong sections (ie Chardonnay mixed behind Pinot Gris) … I’ve even seen Pinot Noir in the fridge behind the front Pinot Gris. Watch out if you’re buying multiple of the same bottle!
I have been buying from this store for over 12 months, yesterday I provided my usual identification (drivers license) however this time staff declined me to purchase anything because the license had expired by a few months. Keeping in mind this is the same license that I have been providing for months with no issues….newly expired or not, it still proves that I am well of age to purchase alcohol, which this particular staff member is also well aware of as she ID’s me on a weekly basis. Along with this, other staff are extremely unwelcoming, most don’t even acknowledge that you’ve entered the store or speak to you at all whilst purchasing, along with the store being crowded with pellets constantly to the point where you can sometimes barely move around the store. My partner and I will not be coming back here again.
