   I had a great experience here getting a cut and perm. Maho was very friendly, used the reference photo I provided, and had excellent attention to detail. She explained she’s still learning English, but this wasn’t an issue at all, she used a translator and written notes as needed. It was lovely to be served tea and snacks, and the price was very reasonable. I’d definitely return!

   Crystal was fully booked until way later and I needed a haircut asap. I was skeptical at first booking with Maho because there was no description of her on the website. Maho turned out to be spectacular! the whole time she cut my hair she'd refer to the reference image I wanted and cut it with ease. Maho ultimately gave me exactly what I wanted despite the language barrier, and with no pain during the process! Tokki is goated.

   I had such a wonderful experience with Hiromi! She did an amazing job with my hair – everything was done so neatly and with so much care. I’m beyond happy with the result and couldn’t be more satisfied. The price is very affordable, and the service itself is absolutely superb. Hiromi is professional, attentive, and really knows her craft. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairdresser!

   I have had many phases with different hairstyles over the past few years and Crystal has been through it all with me, consistently giving me great style advice and helping me achieve my desired look. What sets Crystal apart is her ability to truly listen and understand what I want. She takes the time to discuss my hair goals and offers valuable suggestions based on my hair type, face shape, and personal style. I appreciate that she values my input and works collaboratively to create the perfect look for me. Not only is Crystal incredibly talented, but she's also super friendly and easy to talk to!! Going to her salon feels like catching up with a close friend fr. She creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that makes me feel relaxed and pampered throughout the entire appointment. 100000/10 highly recommend!!

   I had the best appointment with Crystal! She listened to my preferences and was really polite and reassuring when asking to add some more changes to my hair (which were great and I'm glad she made these suggestions). Crystal's experience is also very clear, with her precise cuts and knowledge/tips that she kindly shared with me. I love that she explained each step/products so that I knew what was happening. The studio is really cute too. Looking forward to next time already :)

   I had an amazing first-time hair perming experience at Tokki! Crystal was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the perming process to me. She was frequently checking the water and machine temperature to ensure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I also appreciated that Crystal provided tips on how to care for my permed hair, especially since I was a beginner. The entire experience was delightful, and the time just flew by as Crystal is not only a skilled hairdresser but also a warm and friendly person. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-hour appointment, and I would definitely recommend Tokki to my friends. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I would rate Tokki and Crystal a 10/10!
