   I had an account there for probably 12 years, when I decided to close my account as selling up my property ,there products won't be needed ,and if I do will pay on purchase. Took about 3 months of hassle,my last account only had some fuel purchase,so paid that and the paper fee and to clear and cancel acc,paid on line was back in my acc next day Next month acc came in with interest charge for the petrol purchase,so paid the full amount with the interest,was back in my acc next day ,saying was paid into there acc but the wrong one can't they transfer funds between there accounts? So then a trip to helensville farmlands to pay in person,but they couldn't do it as my account had been closed So after staff calling head office they finally accepted my payment and was free from a company that seems to have trouble talking to there branch managers But still not free of them ,my farmland shares won't be returned to me for up to 5 years??

   Staff here are amazing. Helped me when I was in a rush after a late meeting. Cannot recommend them enough! Excellent range of horse food in store as well.

   This particular store has no understanding of the consumer guarantees act, while assuming that their own beliefs and policies override any govt. act. Their endless issue, which they made my endless issue was resolved by another supplier who got me back on the tools in 5 minutes. I'll let the disputes tribunal explain to Farmlands the legal obligations that they have to consumers.

   Go buy elsewhere don’t waste your time here. Ordered but didn’t receive anything for weeks. Had to send heaps emails ask for refund. Eventually only refunded part of what I paid, and customer service not replying anymore. What a disappointment
