   Worst customer service experience ever. I was simply ordering drinks but was treated like I owed them something for buying there. It seems the staff at Hulu Cat forgot that customers are the reason they have a business in the first place. With service this bad, it wouldn’t be surprising if they lose more customers. I know I won’t be coming back. Oh, and guess what — Gongcha is right next door. Yey!

   The service experience was quite underwhelming. The person at the counter seemed rather apathetic and disengaged. If the customer experience depended solely on that interaction, I would probably not return. There was no friendliness or simple communication such as “your order will be ready soon” just a quiet handover of the item to pay and then turning away. A bit more enthusiasm would make a big difference and create a much more welcoming atmosphere, especially given that the waiting time is already considerable.

   If you enjoy being treated like a burden for wanting to buy two simple drinks, this is the place for you. We were told we had to wait 20–25 minutes because of a “big order” — fine, we could wait. But apparently, we weren’t even allowed to place our order right away. Instead, we were told to go sit on the couch for 10–15 minutes until the staff felt like taking it. The attitude was incredibly rude, as if customers showing up was an inconvenience. Truly a masterclass in how to make people never want to come back.

   Bubble tea here is nice but when me and my family came in the evening for an after dinner treat we were dissapointed. One of the workers was sitting at the counter and was watching a movie or TV show on her phone. This wouldn't have bothered us but she definitely had her volume on full as we could not even hear each other. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate

   The drinks here are fab!! But I went in the evening when it wasn't busy at all and there was trash on every single table and even on the floor. The workers clearly were not looking after the lobby. It was really offputting.

   Located near Tai Ping, this store is open till late 10pm. Staff are Chinese, and they have moderate service. Drinks start at $6 and toppings are $1 each. Quality is good and speed is fast. I visited this store during the late night and it was full of the nightlife atmosphere. Would Recommend if you enjoy milk tea or similar beverages
