I love the body shop products but I found some staff in this shop is very unfriendly. No greetings, two staff members keep chatting about their personal life. I bought a shampoo, a conditioner and a body lotion there, then I realised I have so many body lotions unused at home so I decided to return the body lotion 1 hour later while I was still in the mall. only one staff was very hopeful during the whole process, the other staff asked me if I’ve used the body lotion, what kind of question is that?! Come on lady! Do you think I went home showered and used the lotion and decided to come back and return it? TBS, plz train your staff properly! Your competitor Lush is doing a great job on their staff! I would avoid to shop there again:(

It is lovely to walk into a shop where the shop assistants are very helpful and have big smiles. The shop it's self I found was very easy to walk around without being frightened you're going to break something.
I personally love body shop, but I'm deeply disappointed with the staff at this store. My boyfriend wanted to buy my a gift and so he went to the body shop, but him being a guy he had no idea what he was doing in a cosmetics store. He told me that he didn't even know if he was allowed to spray the tester perfumes so he asked the staff. When he came home with my gift I saw that he got sold a tester by the staff. This is so disappointing that the staff took advantage of a 'clueless customer' and sold them a tester. I would go back and demand for a refund, but as my boyfriend didn't expect there to be a problem like this (there should never be a situation like this) he didn't keep the receipt. Very disappointed.
