Ordered a jacket on 27th April still no sign of it arriving, coming up nearly 4 weeks - they keep saying order is in queue and mine is next to be emailed and dispatched. Come on Ezibuy no wonder your under administration
So sad this place is closing, as I don't buy clothes online. Some of my favorite items of clothing were bought from ezibuy.
Ordered and was showing as instock on the 13th of Feb. Its now 21 march and ive had to call the postal company because no address was on the parcel. I waited 2weeks and made contact, after another 3 days they finally replied to say it was dispatched on the 1st of march. I received no tracking number on the 1st of march and when i finally got a tracking number it was still sitting in the depot to be collected. Pretty stink charging $12 for shipping and not getting it right. First and last time i will shop at ezibuy.

The items seem very overpriced when not on sale, have to wait for sales to get what I want at the right price. Delivery times are terrible, takes weeks to even be dispatched. I can get orders from Australia faster than Ezibuy which is supposed to be in NZ. But they do have the range and usually what I am looking for, just frustrating to have to wait so long to get it.
Did not have my size in most items, especially pants. Selection overall was not great! While trying clothes on I had to get my own replacement if the size was wrong. Lady behind counter not so helpful and to top it off they had no bags so the items I did buy had to be shoved into my own bag which was already very full or carried in my hand.
Helpful staff. Very Good deals on jerseys as long as you needed two. It's a shame you no longer have shoes in the store, It's very hard to find correct size fitting buying online so I personally wouldn't even bother. Not as nice as the old store.
See huge range of affordable clothes, some homeware (linen, cushions etc) styles n colors that r different from the usual brand shops. They had a 50% sale on so I did well. Service good. Someone in charge making regular proclamations about the sale was the only negative. I was happy to find the right size, colour, style n price. Lots of free parking at the door a bonus.
