The team at Hotsprings have been amazing. Every interaction was spot on. I asked about the negative reviews on after sales here and they were dead honest about it. They did not disagree and said this was an area they were actively improving. They also shared what the company has done too remedy the issue and get on top of it. All turned out to be absolutely true. I have had a couple of after sales interactions with them and they were all kind, fast, on point and generous. I'm glad the company has responded to the feedback of lacking after sales and bettered their processes. I can honestly say they stick to their word. Good team, good product also by the way and very nice people. Highly recommended!
We came in to the Lower Hutt store on Sunday as our local store was closed. We were served by Maria. She was great to deal with, genuinely friendly. Maria gave us all the information we needed without being the overly pushy sales person. We would have loved to give her the sale but our local store gave us a deal we couldn’t turn down.
I wouldn't know where to start with the service experience. The pools are great until they break down and you have to rely on Hot Spring Spas for servicing (employee said that), they have under qualified and unprofessional service staff and a head office that doesn't care at all. The place is gross inside too, it's like walking into a messy warehouse because that's all it is. Just a subpar company trading under a flash name.
Absolutely the worst after-care service I have ever experienced. Enquired in August initially to have our spa pool repaired, seven months later it still hasn’t been done. When I have followed up with the customer service team Nothing has happened, and now I’ve received an email from them saying that now the repairs are (not) done I would I like to leave a review ha ha ha.
