   Absolute shambles of a business, a total embrassment. 0/5 but google will only allow me to do 1 star! My van was booked in weeks in advance, after they assessed it I was told the job would take 3 days. I arrived there at 8am as agreed and told it's going to take longer than the 3 days due to 3 of there sprayers being off sick at the same time, no communication prior to this at all. Was told I couldnt have been advised of this beforehand as all called in sick at 5am on the same day. No appreciation for a self employed small business who relies on my 1 van, so taking time off for this is not something I do lightly, they couldn't even tell me when it would be finshed, by what use is that!? Do I tell my clients I'm off indefinitely?! Serious lack of customer service, rude beyond words, not even an apology for the delay it would cause. This is my 2nd experience of a similar nature, gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back there, but no, massive mistake, hence this review now. Would advise going elsewhere if you want any form of customer service and care.

   I had my car fixed here twice, some years apart and I also need to bring it back twice because of unfinished work. The staff seemed upset that I had to send my car back, they were only welcoming at the begining. I’d rather go to another repairer next time.

   This place is a joke!!! State uses them and as soon as I have time I'm cancelling my State policy. They couldn't fix a wing mirror, it took 2 months. When it was finally done, it was a piece of broken rubbish that was barely attached to the vehicle!!! When I complained they got abusive and told me they had to rip it off. I would be driving around with no drivers side mirror for another 2 months. If State suggests them, say NO. If you can change insurers do because State do not protect their customers!!!!

   Sadly I took my van to this place as worst service I have received ever. Was never rang back since vehicle was dropped in and everytime I rang same answer was given painting takes time and have to order another part etc. Receptionist was rude on phone too. Will never go back or recommend anyone else too. Very poor service received and still waiting on my van. I will let my insurance company know too.

   Lack of communication appeared to have not booked in spray painting then car again not ready for collection. The only good thing is they fussed up and didn't charge extra rental.because of their mistake. Not the service I have previously experienced from them.

   I had my 2016 Mazda BT50 repaired by Auto Crash, the repairs are perfect! The new panels and paint is flawless, they even gave it a completmintary groom inside and out. 10/10, 5 star for my review. The Communication was good, and best of all the turn around time was second to none! I will definitely be coming back to Auto Crash Repairs Porirua if I ever need a panel beater or painter in the future. Thanks team!

   Did an AWESOME job with repairing our car you guys are AMAZING!! Good communication on ph and in person. You guys cleaned inside & outside of our car and it looked very nice and tidy it smells really nice inside as well. Friendly staff definitely recommended to everyone A+++++++
