   I was there on 27/11/2025 and while the young lady was busy, she still provided a good service. However, I purchased 3 sets of earrings that were stated as being 'Stainless Steel'. 2 sets have broken after the first wear. In 1 earring the stone was secured by a very thin plastic. When taking the other setout of my ear, it broke! I haven't tried the 3rd set yet....but looking at the very cheap junk that held them together, I know what will happen. I live too far away to warrent going back for replacements and due to the cheapness of the material, it's not worth it. I will not be shopping in these stores again.

   I had the worst experience at this store. Although the collection was satisfactory, my encounter with a staff member was unacceptable. A young lady was extremely rude to me, displaying a poor attitude and no willingness to help. I've interacted with other staff members at this store before, and they've always been friendly and accommodating. However, this particular individual's behavior was disappointing. If I encounter her again, I'll likely avoid the store. Furthermore, I won't recommend it to others due to this unpleasant experience.

   I don't normally do reviews, but after my recent experience, found the need to. I walked in today before lunchtime, the shop was empty besides me. I spent about 5 minutes finding what I was after, and there was just the one lady on the floor, who was on her phone slightly behind the back door the whole time. She didn't acknowledge me at all. When I went to purchase, I had to say "excuse me" after another few minutes to get her attention, as she hadn't looked up from her phone to notice I'd been waiting at the counter. There was no "hi" or anything, let alone a "sorry" for being on her phone. In fact, the only thing she said to me the entire time was to ask what my email address was after I paid for my purchase. I assume this was for covid tracing, but she didn't say. I mean it was the worst service I've received in a while... I felt like a nuisance rather than a customer. Its such a shame to see that despite how bad of an effect covid has had on the job market, that this employee clearly didn't care for her job and put no effort into anything other than being on her phone. Such a shame, I used to love coming here. Update: She didn't get my email for covid tracing, it was to add me to their newsletter list. Never consented to this. This employee needs retraining.

   Poor customer service. Spent time on the phone while my partner was in there, the second a customer wearing nice attire walked in she paused her call and asked her for assistance then returned back to her call without even asking my partner for help. Good manners go a long way. Working between 10-11am 21/06/2018
