He took the time to listen and guide me to the perfect piece, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. He looked so smart and elegant in his Pandora jewelry, which really added to the sense of style and professionalism. I left feeling valued and excited about my purchases, will definitely return!

   I would like to make a review about Flora who works at Pandora on Wilis because I think she deserves recognition, when I entered the store she was already managing the place and having a conversation with another customer which made her even more approachable, when the time was right to both talk to each other I showed her exactly what I wanted and she was able to locate the item right away. She was asking the right questions as I ended up explaining that the gift was for a friend. She promoted the gift wrapping which made the gift even more special. Thank you Flora, even during the purchase we had a good conversation about my job which we were able to relate too. You made my day, make sure you are paying your staff correctly especially this one.

   If you want great customer service and to be treated kindly and with respect then ask for Saif at Pandora in Lambton Quay! I have visited the store countless times and he has always helped me find the right gift/jewelry and I would go again and again if I haven’t already bought so much from there! Honestly for someone as young as him he is very professional and well spoken! Trust when I say you wouldn’t be disappointed with the service 10/10!!
