    Staff here are absolutely amazing, by far my favorite store to shop at. I had the pleasure of being served by Oses and Frith in the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised as to how they tailored to my taste and assisted me. To add to that, when I came back a few days later they remembered my name and it made me feel really special. I've never had a better shopping experience in my life. If you are ever thinking about purchasing jewellery I promise this is the store to go to. Also there's no hat policies here, that's fake news.

    Visited on 07/05/2025 to give the jewellers another chance to redeem its poor customer service reputation. An obnoxious woman over the counter had a very loud tone of voice when speaking to only one person and she went to a back ensuite room before returning to give me change of money that included two, dodgy $5 bills. One bill was badly sellotaped together and the other bill was missing a torn chunk of it, on the top right-hand side. She was very lucky I didn't go to the police in the first place. I do not recommend Pascoes to anyone, especially for a simple purchase to contribute towards Mother's Day.

    Didn't even get a hello and had a 'hat policy' A4 laminated sheet waved in my families face. Policy and staff training needs revising to consider the customer.

    If I could give them less then zero I would, I bought watch from them last year and I went to shop to get battery replaced and counter elder lady told to bring my bill as I said, can you please look into your system with my email and phone number which might help us to find out, but declined and said its too much work for as she have to go through whole year, transaction. I asked her at least she can try and she be like no sorry I cannot. Not even try. Dnt buy from this store, no customer service at all. Cheers

    Rude staff, bad service. I understand that retailers are the experts of their store and venue but there’s a tone you have to watch with customers. the attitude on them is just ridiculous. Quay branch needs to get a grip.
