   Just walked out of the shop, it’s my bday soon and was shopping for a personal treat. I’m after a gold bangle/bracelet. No budget in mind since it’s a see how something makes me feel. The skinny young lady treated me as if I can’t afford any of the gold bracelets. Not realising I was in this shop a month ago to get my custom filigree two tone ring resized…… anyway lost my custom.

   I needed a piece for a very special occasion, and had the most wonderful experience with the two lovely ladies working; Kirsty and Mia. They were super helpful with picking out a piece, and were just so kind and supportive. I ended up coming back the next day to buy the piece! I hope that everyone is lucky enough to run into these two lovely girls.

   Bought a ring, they got the size wrong, 6 weeks later I still have no ring. Customer service not good with this chain they will bounce you around and around trying to get your issue sorted meanwhile they are happy to hold your money…

   I was served by Caitlin who sized my new Tissot watch purchased at their Albany Store. She went back a number of times to adjust the size and was very patient. Great service and in contrast to another watch maker down the street who weren’t even able to offer same day service! Thanks for better service.

   Took my watch in for a new battery 23 May. I bought my watch there many years ago. Admittedly it required more than just a standard watch battery but I paid the difference the same day I was notified. It’s now 5 July and i am still without a watch. I’ve only received one call in that time with an update on progress. I’ve gone in to check on it (as I walk past on way to work). Disappointed.

   Friendly and polite counter staff. She made my day, although what I wanted (2/3 items) were not in stock. I decided to go and visit another branch of Stewart Dawsons in another city because she was a nice person. I also received good customer service from this branch, as well. And thankfully, both items were in stock.

   Very very poor customer service. The staff were unwilling to help and did not have any valuable knowledge. Will not be going back to the Lambton Quay store.

   Service here is really poor and the selection ain't great compared to the other Jewellery shops just down the street. The duty manager felt judgemental when I asked about the item and gave me the vibe that I couldn't afford it. So I gave them a miss and headed down to Partridge instead.

May 27th I and a work colleague only went in your store to browse I didnt purchase anything . .Ange your amazing customer service is the reason I returned today Friday 28th and purchased three Stirling silver bracelets and two pairs of earings .
