   Worst customer service ever. Booked online for vaccinations and filled out forms on arrival then told to sit in waiting area. I was the only person in the waiting with lots of staff members present. 45 minutes later I was still waiting with no explanation so walked out. Wont be back.

   A huge surprise to find this pharmacy in Witako St, Boulcott. An impressive car park available along side a cafe / coffee shop. Huge layout inside with a friendly / welcoming vibe. Attentive staff and service. Great location at the back of Hutt and Boulcott Hospitals. NB: Maps shows access through the Hutt Hospital grounds - ignore and access via Witako St which has no ticketing in / out as the hospital does. Just drive straight in to the front door!

   When they say.! We will give you a ring. When the. Medicine product gets in.. They wont ring you.. and others time I pickup . Medicine with the script all free of charge. They tell me that they don't have the blue needles in stock.?.. . I told him there's the blue needles on the shelf? . He said they are for sale. Give up

   I have been using them for my chronic medication for just over a year now and always had exceptional and friendly service. They always let you know how long before you get your medication. Their friendly advice on OTC meds is also heartwarming. Thank you to all staff.

   Have had previous "service" from this lot, but foolishly can them a second chance. It all started when I got Covid, despite meeting all the criteria for the medication they decided they needed to have a summit meeting for 10 minutes, before saying that they needed more information and to try the Dr in the morning.They just didn't want to help before closing time. Went to emergency dr--they were furious that they didn't prescribe. Another time I was prescribed 1.5 tabs for 14 days. Grab a calculator, multiply 1.5 times 14. It equals 21...apparently not, it's 20 in the pharmacist's world and he would not see sense until the dr came down stairs. Yesterday i got a text tell me my prescriptions are ready, reply "YES" for then to be ready. Show-up today (Tues) to get told in the usual manner that they're not due until Friday. The service is surly and the pharmacists have this strange arrogance about them. Thanks for wasting my time.

   A great local pharmacy, a one stop shop for items you need when you're unwell or prescription items, as well as being a vaccination center for flu and covid vaccines. Easy accessible parking outside or on the street nearby. Both visits I've been on foot and walked over. Friendly staff members who are really onto it and helpful. Positive visits both visits.

   Went here because it's the most obvious choice if you are with Ropata Medical and because countdown Pharmacy is only available in Wainuiomata. Been on free prescription with CD pharmacy when they said $5 per prescription my understanding was $5 was for all medications listed in the prescription but no it was per medication. Not to fuss about it I just need to find another free prescription Pharmacy. The reason for the 1 star was because When I collect the medications I was missing one, I called and they said they don't have it in stock. So why did you charge me for it and did not say anything when I collected it?
