   I would not recommend renting an apartment here. When we moved in, we thought everything was good. Until the constant fire alarms started occurring. On top of that, the apartment soundproofing is non-existent, so all you'll hear is your neighbors stomping around, arguing, or walking along the catwalk being noisy. The so-called "body corp" of the building has done NOTHING to fix these fire alarm issues because of people smoking in the carpark below the building. The short time we lived here was good until it wasn't. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.

   Very clean spacious room with basics of what you'd need for a stay. The balcony being a shared balcony was a bit off putting as they have access to our room. Swimming pool is pretty cool needs a decent Scrub in that room though, pool felt clean

   Good sized, modern apartments but incredibly noisy. You can easily hear neighbours (next door and above) due to thin walls and floors, as well as people walking/talking in the corridors late at night, which happens a lot. There is a gym but some machines have been broken for over a year and there are hardly any weights (I think someone took them during lockdown as there were loads, but they've been gone for months). It's better than nothing but could definitely do with a clean and update/repair. There is also a very little pool but nowhere really to change so people drip everywhere and often then get the gym wet.
