   I recently returned to NZ unemployed, in debt, with a failed overseas business under my belt and a spouse unable to work. After living with my parents for a month and withdrawing my meagre KiwiSaver, I was out of options and needed to make money immediately. That’s when I found Shane - and he’s been a massive help. He quickly understood my non-traditional career and diverse income streams. He then helped me figure out the best business structure for me - a limited company - and had it incorporated within a week. Since then he has helped me built my business to nearly $20k in revenue with 2 regular clients. This has allowed me to afford a rental in the city centre, a work visa for my wife, work trips to gain more clients, and soon - a laptop of my own so I can serve more clients. Shane’s support has been invaluable as my business has grown and attracted new clients. He's been my go-to for all tax and financial questions, and handles everything from GST and payroll registration to IR3 reporting.
