I put my order 3 days in advance on their website and asked them to call before delivery . It seems they do these deliveries in a group because when I called them they had no idea and they just said someone will deliver it but we don't know who. They did the delivery without calling in advance which scared my partner, even though I specifically asked them to call before delivery but overall I'm happy with the service and quality of deliverd flowers.
