Twice a year I order flowers from them for an elderly, very dear friend in Wanganui. this year there were delivery problems, and the didn't arrive on the designated day, however, as always, she was thrilled when they did arrive. she is 91, and always describes just how they look and how beautiful they are. Tony went over and above, and sent a second bouquet of the most beautiful carnations to my friend, and she is absolutely over the moon.
