   Great service. I had some nasty stains from puppy and grandkids. Some of which were a couple of years old. Carpet is looking great. Not perfect but I did not expect it to be. It’s certainly a lot better than I thought was possible. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend them!

   Wow!... talk about top notch service all around! From the first call, Che was welcoming, professional and so easy to talk with. We wanted certain areas of the house cleaned, without moving particular furniture and he was so accommodating - adjusting prices to suit our needs. He outlined the service, cost, (very reasonable) preparation, and outcome. He emailed a quote within minutes. I confirmed this within the hour and made an appointment. So easy. We had a reminder email the day before the appointment, and a text on the day saying the technician was due in 18 minutes. Nadine arrived (such a delightful person) who worked thoroughly, competently and really went the extra mile. We were given a card with instructions and information post care and paid on the spot. Good old-fashioned, personal service!! So refreshing - you can't beat it.! We emphatically recommend Klever Carpet and will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much Che and Nadine...we're chuffed with the outcome.

   I had a very stubborn stain on carpet and don't know for how long. Called Klever and staff came in the next day - what an amazing job he had done!!    With two cats at home carpet was in need of a refresh, also had a couple of little ink/paint spots that needed to be treated. I chose Klever Carpet Cleaning because if their numerous 5star ratings online. Booked a carpet steam/odour removal and spot treatment. Friendly, professional service from Che made booking super easy. I was able to get an estimate/quote over the phone. Really appreciate the amazing service from Nadine, who got straight to work. Spots/stains were treated on arrival (free of charge as there were only a few). Carpet was left smelling fresh and clean. And all spots completely removed! Awesome job, so happy with the results!
