   Best customer service I’ve had in my entire life. Scott and Callum are also some of the nicest people I’ve met really enjoyed talking with both of them. The furniture in their store is on another level everything is absolutely gorgeous I bought a dining room table and couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went 10/10 would recommend this store to anybody that’s looking for furniture.

   Had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful pre-loved Rimu tallboy from Callum and Scott. I found the piece online and after being apprehensive about the logistics involved in getting it sent from Upper Hutt to Auckland, I decided to send an email enquiry. Within the hour I had a phone call and Scott explained the process and the costs involved with shipping - they use Conroy Removals (who were excellent in this purchase as well) and there were no hidden fees or unexpected costs. Scott was upfront about everything. I had my drawers within a week - delivered with care to my door. The piece is beautiful, exactly what I wanted and in excellent condition. It's evident through my purchase that they take pride in the furniture they acquire and their customer service. I am on the lookout for more pieces that will match the one I purchased from The Heart of Rimu because I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was, how great they were to deal with and the quality of the piece I bought. This is a wonderful family-owned and operated business and all involved clearly love what they are doing and do it beautifully, with great attention to detail.
