   Didn’t actually buy a crepe but saw the poor girl working by herself getting verbally abused by a rude lady. She clearly looked overwhelmed after just hope she’s ok, the lady said she’s going to leave a review but just wanted to leave one first and say the way she approached the poor girl working was just entitled and rude and not what you want to see around christmas time when everyone’s already stressed. Would also like to add the girl working handled it very well and was polite even after being criticised for just trying to do her job, even said thank you and have a good day and the lady didn’t even say anything just gave a rude look and walked away. Really hate to see things like this, you guys are doing great!

   It was a quick and simple Crepe but just gloriously covered in chocolate to a reasonable degree but I enjoyed watching them make it, they were swift but careful, and it was delicious to eat.

   LOVE these crepes! I have had the salmon one, banana and nutella one, banana and sugar one, and the ham, cheese and spinach one. All are amazing! Whenever i come to this mall i will get these crepes. I even wait until the one employee comes back from their break, it is that good. Efficient service as well, always a bonus when you are hungry

   Have always loved myself a good crepe, that was until I had visited French Kiss Creperie in the Queensgate mall. Have recently read through some other people’s experiences with this business and can sadly relate to 95% of them. Whether it was waiting long periods of time to be served while staff attend to their mobile phones, missing extra ingredients I had been charged for on my order or disputing a problem I have had with the product I was served. I have experienced all of this and am really disappointed with this crepe shop. I get it can be hard certain times of the day with new staff or crowds but this shouldn’t of been the case at 2pm on a Tuesday. Bit sad to see the owner or person in charge arguing with complaints written by others on here as if it will help the business in any way. My advice is to take the criticism on the chin and just try do better. Not try counter argue or even write “5 star reviews” from a person who conveniently has the same name “Pierre” as the person replying to other reviews? Be professional and step it up French Kiss Creperie Queensgate, we know you guys can produce great food and service, just needs to be more consistent for everyone. Sincerely, a crepe lover.

   It looks like this establishment not only is rude and puts on a sour face when approached by customers in person, but online as well. As a response to my partners previous complaint, it would seem that the “miscommunication” is that we must not have been the only customers with burnt food today. It was actually my partner who collected the food, sat down, took two bites to discover it was all burnt in the middle. As the images also show (a half eaten, burnt crepe) when I took the food back to the employee, she didn’t agree that it was burnt, there was no promptness at all to make nice for the charcoaled crepe that had been served to us. And then she had to audacity to tell me that I was the one who needed to dispose of the burnt one. I suggest, you get your facts straight before making claims that you think our review was unfair

   Lady Serving was very rude and cold towards me and my partner when we told her our crepe was burnt. She then acted as if we went back to Our table and burnt the crepe ourselves. Rude behaviour no customer service skills what so ever. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

   Wanting a quick brunch option on a rainy Sunday we stopped by the French Kiss Creperie and went for their Crepe Complete… a departure from the enticing but standard Crepe Citron. The ‘breakfast’ crepe was a perfect choice though, filled with spinach, ham, egg and delicious melted cheese. The photo may not do it justice but once we learned that the best way to tackle it was to roll it up like a burrito we were on to a winner!
