   The receptionist lied to me when I tried to cancel with booking.com and then when I asked for his manager he refused and said he thought I could be lying about my situation for wanting to cancel before being hung up on. This isn’t just a hotel it’s also a scam, also the lack of standards when it comes to costumer service is a clear reflection of how this business is run. Please don’t stay here.

   Stayed at Ocean Breeze for 2 days, top knotch Hotel to celebrate Christmas over the shore. A big Thankyou to Anil for accommodating us for 2 days, his customer service was superb, always made sure we were alright. Room 309 was our room, checked in on the 25th December and checked out 27th December. facilities were above standards, will come back here for the holidays. Hopefully next time, they will have the movie channels on Sky, which we spoke to the manager on duty Ranja for a request to pass on to management team. OVERALL a Awesome.Hotel to check out, closer to the city, Devonport and Northshore Area .

   We stayed here for 4 nights to attend our daughter's wedding... we absolutely loved it!!. considering we were a mixture of family friends and a whole bridal party (a very huge group of us) they were very lovely & accommodating. Hope we weren't to noisy..The water views are awesome! Thank you so much for having us on 19th September to 23rd 2025

   We had such a lovely stay. The room was beautiful, clean and the most amazing view of the harbour and city. The hotel is locked in a quiet area but close enough to the shops, cafe, take aways etc. Definitely recommend. Will be back again.

   We were slightly disappointed that some things weren't what were advertised but we were assured by staff that those issues would be amended in any advertising in the future. Other than that very nice place to stay... Would stay there again. Oh and the views from the rooms with balcony's are absolutely amazing.

   The people above us are so loud full blast on there speaker and bang after bang, stomping and yelling. Definitely won't be back. Reception isn't here to stop the issue. I cannot sleep it's 1am

   Was ok got in late no one on reception but our key was on the front desk for us. Room was ok the fold out couch bed and dishwasher were inoperable. Some minor room maintenance is required. Still though an excellent venue, will come back next summer.

   Great place to stay , nice and quiet and a wonderful walk for the morning, if you are booking try and get a Harbour view room 2nd or 3rd floor, this hotel is more like non serviced apartments we were there for 4 nights and our room was not stocked up nor serviced, we had to ask for clean towels which was fine but it is advertised as a hotel, they did have a leaflet in the room stating they only serviced changed sheets etc on the third day due to covid (someone needs to let them know we are all trying to get back to normal and its a bad excuse to use now)and don't work public holidays, there was a rubbish bin on the deck with dirty nappies in and by the smell it had been there for some time and the balcony on the ground floor room we also had needed a good sweep , a little more attention to the cleaning would be great ,the hotel is undergoing up grades and I'm sure once they are fully operational it will once again be an amazing place to stay , and yes we would stay again. Value for money maybe a 3 out of 5
