I went to Right Hand Man for help with a website that had been built but wasn't working for me. They not only fixed the website but got me onto Seven Sharp and as a result some amazing publicity. I find the guys there very helpful, enthusiastic and easy to work with. They really care about your business and make you feel "part of the family".
Sadly we have had a less than positive experience with Right Hand Man. The delays, mistakes, lack of communication, lack of understanding of our business and the cost was a disappointing experience. We have eventually had to terminate our relationship as the stress just wasn't worth losing the money we had paid upfront. I think if your business is simple they will do a good job. Our business is complex and they just didn't get it.I think they tried but eventually we were putting more time in to fix what was wrong than they were. Not only would we never use or recommend RHM again, as an SME it has put us off ever using a marketing company again. Nice people - poor product.
