   I needed to reduce my outgoings and decided to consolidate. The application process was easy as was the communication. I feel my budget is much easier to maintain I would recommend Harmony as an option to manage your budget effectively, the cost of living is higher and can take swallow a big part of your weekly living costs.    If you ever want to feel your will to live slowly evaporate, I highly recommend trying to get a simple quote from Harmoney. What began as a quick task somehow spiraled into an administrative odyssey so unnecessarily complicated it should qualify as an endurance sport. All I wanted, all any human being wants, was a basic number: How much will the loan cost me, and what are the monthly repayments? Lending Crowd gave me that in 12 seconds. Harmoney, on the other hand, decided to drag me through a digital obstacle course so long and detailed I’m convinced they were secretly compiling my biography for a Netflix documentary. I entered my income. Then my expenses. Then more expenses. Then expenses I didn’t even know I had. Then information about my parents, my hopes, my fears, and possibly my childhood trauma. I’m shocked they didn’t ask for my star sign or favourite dinosaur. By step nine I started questioning my life choices. By step ten I was just trying to remember my own name. By step eleven I wondered if this whole process was an elaborate prank. By step twelve I was fully expecting someone to pop out and tell me I’d won a prize for patience. Spoiler: I did not win anything. At the end of this monumental effort, after handing over more personal detail than my own doctor has, I still didn’t have a simple quote. Just more “next steps” and more hoops to jump through. This isn’t customer service. This is a psychological experiment. A social study. A test of faith. In the end, the only thing Harmoney successfully achieved was convincing me never to use their services again. If the goal was to scare customers away, bravo, exceptional execution. If, however, the goal was to provide a quote, then I fear someone in the design team may have misunderstood the brief entirely. Save yourself. Try literally anyone else.

   Absolutely Outstanding Service! I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this company! I was absolutely blown away by how quickly they processed my loan, it felt like lightning speed! Not only was the entire process smooth and stress-free, but they also made me feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. I’ve dealt with other financial institutions in the past, and nothing even comes close to the exceptional service I received here. This has truly been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any company , fast approval, clear communication, and a team that goes above and beyond to help you. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding loan provider.

   Eventually got there in the end. Very helpful with any questions I had and sorting the bank details. Online was a bit troublesome but fabulous staff there to help. Money was in account within 24hrs which was fantastic.

   My experience dealing with harmony. Well when I delta with harmony I experienced the comforts of home. Done it all on my phone while I cooked bacon and eggs. It was pretty good over all. Would have got five stars but I over cooked the eggs
