Thank you to Levin Stirling Sports! specifically Komal who I dealt with for 4 days. I needed some kids shoes for a birthday present but I'm in Australia. Originally the first shoes I paid for ended up not being available in the size i needed, but that's okay because Komal emailed me my options and was very patient with me making my choices. Thank you again Komal for going above and beyond to be patient with me. I tend to shop online back home alot from Australia so it's nice when you come across someone who makes it a pleasant experience! 5 stars!

Brought a $280 pair of shoes from Stirling sport Levin 4/10/2023 for a gift, unfortunately the size was incorrect so returned to the store within 20minutes of me purchasing the shoes to get a bigger size. I had the receipt, item in perfect condition and still in the original box and the owner refused to exchange them for another size because the price sticker was taken off the box. After going back and forth with the lady we could not reach a resolution and I even suggested we take the same box and just swap the shoes as it did not have a the size on it but still she would not budge and refused to compromise. I tried ringing head office to know avail and also other Stirling sport shops near us for advise. All 3 shops I called agreed that, she was very harsh not willing to change the size for their customers. Luckily stirling sports Paraparaumu offered to swap them for us even tho we did not purchase the shoes from their store. The Paraparaumu store did not have the size we wanted but instead gave us store credit to the value of the shoes even though we did not originally buy the shoes from there. He was so helpful and accomodating, we will definitely travel to pram in the future for any sport gear needs. And will not return to Stirling sports Levin again. I will be sure to let friends/ family and colleagues know about our experience. The last owners valued their customers unlike the new ones.
