   Absolutely atrocious service. I attempted to return a $105 pair of Spider-Man Crocs, purchased on 5 November 2025, in perfect, unworn condition with the receipt. The staff first tried to claim they were worn, which was completely false, they then changed their minds and admitted they were NOT worn, only to deny the return because there were no tags attached. Okay..fair? NO! The most infuriating part? The exact same Crocs on the shelf ALSO had no original tags on them. So the reason they denied me wasn’t even consistent with their own stock. It felt like they were looking for any excuse to avoid doing their jobs, this was including the manager On top of that, they didn’t even return my receipt with the shoes. I now have to go back just to get back what is legally mine. Completely unprofessional, very very rude, and absolutely unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting this store with their money or their time.

   19/6 @1pm wasn't greeted by the bald man behind the counter but definatley had an eye on me and my partner ( had the feeling for the wrong reasons) which seems ridiculous. I even said "hello hows it going" and fully ignored me, just staring. Then goes and stands by the door as if to watch / check us as we left which wasn't long after. Whether we were profiled or the man was just plain rude it's not good enough.
