Moved to the coast and visited store 3 times in a week and the service was disgusting to say the least. Waited more than 10 minutes to be served at checkout and was 2nd in line while staff stood around and talked. Only one checkout operator on. Staff clearly didn't care. Won't be back.

Great store found all blacks gear and 10% off store wide. Staff were great and very cheerful. Definately would go back to coastlands Rebel sports.
What a shop,first time visit Could spend hours in there Friendly staff
Ordered some shoes for click and collect and was promised same day pick up. When I went to the store in the evening, the order was not there. As I was only passing through and couldn't pick up the order another day. I had to cancel the order. Staff at Rebel Sports Coastland was absolutely no help and just said I need to call customer service. So I called customer service waited on hold 30min only to be told I have to call again when the order has arrived it can't be refunded at this stage. Zero stars for customer service.
Went for the sale. Lots of empty shelves. Male and female shoes all mixed up. Open and empty boxes all over. Not a pleasant shopping experience.
Nice clean store. Only had a floor model of what we wanted but wouldn't sell it, expected us to wait 2-3 weeks (sorry guys but most things travel within the island in 1 or 2 days!). Sales staff were more worried about their phones than customers.
