Service is really good but downrating because they used to open at 8:30 and I could pick up prescriptions before work but I finish after they close so I can't get it after work so it's become really inconvenient. I'm going to have to switch pharmacy now.
I have been a customer here for years.. the staff are great . Everythjng from prescriptions to skincare ..I never go anywhere else
We have meant to do this earlier. The pharmacy department is the best. We have a lactose intolerant son and it has been stressful with his formula. They have helped us countless times and go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Also great selection of all the essentials efficiently stacked. Thanks!
Had a really bad experience as the Shiseido sales lady pretended to give me reward points after I had my vaccine here but didn’t do it really. When I asked her about the points afterwards she refused to respond and didn’t do anything. Only because last time when she asked me to buy a package I refused! What a sales!
Usually they are good but i was treated poorly by an Asian lady named Jia today when i went there to buy a perfume. I said i would like to pay cash and card and she gave a frustrated look. Yesterday - i asked her if the price is for two or one as those two products were attached to each other, she replied ''OFCOURSE THEY ARE SEPARATE PRICE CAN YOU NOT SEE TWO STICKERS''
Very friendly staff. I went to smash box department and the lady in charge was very knowledgeable of the products and she def knew what she was doing. I never had a perfect match of foundation but she helped me with it and even the concealer. Very happy with the service. Thank you
I went to this pharmacy to have my ear lobes pierced. I was very dissatisfied with the lady who pierced my ears- she was very blunt with me and gave me no information once my ears were pierced. As I was distracted I didn't think to ask- but she did not tell me how long I should leave my earrings in for, how/ how often I should clean them, or that I shouldn't swim- all of which I was told when I had them pierced a few years prior. I was offered no support and post-piercing care information, and was treated with a lazy attitude. Very disappointed :(
