She listened to our requirements and organised everything absolutely perfectly. Leigh communicated regularly during the planning stages and supplied us with every bit of information we required.     Absolutely astounding customer service. Personal and friendly staff make you feel at home and I love the layout and decor of the new tours shop.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was absolutely trash. Both parties I spoke with had accents that I could understand but they both pronounced words differently. The women I spoke with told me the cost to cancel would be $18 per person. Pronounced as eighteen and so I continued to cancel only to find after receiving an email that was forwarded from July of 2018 to have $80 per person with my booking reference. I immediately rang back to say there was a language barrier as I understood $18. This agent was very rude and announced $80 as in eighty clearly. He proceeded to tell there was nothing that could be done as he was sitting right next to the women I had previously been on the phone with and heard our conversation. I highly recommend not booking with this place as they are not like others where they wave the cancellation fee eve after calling 20 minutes after booking. Thank you for wasting my time and money. Hope no one makes the same mistake I did.
