I went into Hello World as a first time user of travel agents. Zak could not have been more helpful. I was purchasing return ticketing for our daughter to come from Hong Kong. Our daughter has some handicaps as a result of a brain tumor. Zak organised everything to make her travel safe and convenient. In Auckland for her return a problem arose due to the airline. Our daughter did not make the scheduled flight. I called Zak ftom Auckland and he worked until well passed business hours to get our daughter re-ticketed.
