   Stephen Parkin is the man! My French visa took a wee while to be issued and Stephen helped me throughout professionally and with great patience. If you are looking for some great customer service, Stephen is your man. He is also very responsive. Keep up the great work Stephen. I am impressed and satisfied.    Very poor experience. I was I'll informed and I'll advised and due to that I incurred additional cost of approx. NZD 3,500. If anything goes wrong you are on your own. They simply put their rip-off policy infront of you. They always blame Airlines to get out of the situation. Came to a surprise if anything goes wrong the flight cancellation charges are also huge. No EMPATHY to customers. Advice: Do prefer to book a journey with Airlines directly. Airlines are more responsive these days. Don't get caught in a price beat. If anything goes wrong they don't back you up.

   Natalia is my travel agent at the Porirua location and I have to say she is AMAZING, on my last trip she called to surprise me with a great discount she had worked out with a tour company after I had accepted the price I would pay, she gave great advice that changed my whole trip! Introduced me to my now favourite tour company Intrepid, and puts chocolate in my flight Centre documents. She goes above and beyond. I highly recommended using her and this is exactly why I tell people to use travel agents those discounts and advice I could never get myself.

   I have booked some flights and holidays with Tania at the Porirua branch over the past two years. Tania represents the company to the highest of standards but is also very personable and friendly. I recently booked a surprise trip for my family where she quickly found a great deal and made things about our flights very easy to understand. Everything was booked there and then with no hassles. I highly recommend customers speak with Tania at the Porirua branch. That said I'm sure the other members of staff will provide you with the same excellent service. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
