Highly recommend the House of Travel in Lower Hutt especially Aurelie Johnson who I have booked two overseas trips with. Aurelie is a very responsive communicator, and I found that she responds to emails within a short space of time, even outside of business hours which I found helpful as it means you can get on with planning your holiday once you have the answers to queries. The primary reason for booking both holidays through HOT was they had the best price at the time and I couldn't book cheaper myself. I cannot recommend HOT or Aurelie enough!
Kelly-Ann booked our trip to Fiji in May this year. Once again outstanding service and great recommendations. When there was an unexpected change to our schedule due to the Airline making changes, she sorted this out promptly for us, taking away any stress or the need for us to do anything. Just arrived home from an amazing holiday in Queenstown organised by Hayley. The way Hayley communicated, adjusted and adapted the holiday around my family's needs was brilliant. The most standout part of the House of Travel experience was how calm Hayley was with the changing Covid levels close to travel day and how she had setup the package to be easily adapted at minimal extra cost if we needed to. Thanks so much Hayley and I am sure Queenstown appreciated our visit.
Absolutely Brilliant. I took the plunge mid-pandemic to book a one-way ticket from NZ to the UK to be reunited with my partner. Without Kerry's assistance I would have been completely lost amid the bureaucracy, red-tape, and everchanging regulations.
